And while the association between Yash Raj Films and Switzerland is oft noted, films from the famous production house have captured vistas in European locations often not familiar to Indian audiences before that. One of those locations is Holland which has supplied the backdrop to memorable sequences in Yash Raj Films. Just as an example, who can ever forget the stunning image of Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha in a sea of tulips? And it looks like the Dutch have not forgotten it either.

Yash Raj Films’ movies “Silsila” and “Hum Tum” will be screened in a special Festival at the Film Museum in Holland, as part of their celebration between 28th and 30th November 2008 of films shot in Holland.
