Shalini Pandey marked her place in the Hindi film industry by debuting in the YRF film JAYESHBHAI JORDAAR (2021) as a lead actress alongside Ranveer Singh. The storyline of the film celebrated women empowerment. The film was directed by Divyang Thakkar.
