Mohd. Vakil made his singing debut in the Hindi cinema with Yash Chopra’s directorial VEER-ZAARA (2004) under the YRF banner. This classical Ghazal singer lent his vocals to the soulful Sufi song ‘Aaya Tere Dar Par’ which was also sung by Ahmed Hussain, Mohd. Hussain and Javed Hussain on the tunes composed by the legendary late Madan Mohan.
