Kader Khan, a veteran actor and screenwriter made his debut as an actor in a supporting role in Yash Chopra’s directorial venture DAAG (1973) which starred Rajesh Khanna, Sharmila Tagore and Rakhee in lead roles. He played the role of a prosecuting attorney in the film. Kader Khan later acted in a broad array of successful films and his comic timing in films as well as his screenplay/dialogue writing skills were widely appreciated.
