Sumana Ghosh has spent over a decade at Yash Raj Films, contributing to the studio’s evolving talent and creative ecosystem.

With over twenty years of experience in talent management, she has played a key role in shaping some of the industry’s most successful acting careers. Her work focused on identifying potential early, nurturing it with care, and supporting artists through pivotal moments that defined both craft and stardom. Over time, this developed into a sharp instinct for performance and storytelling.

Building on this foundation, she transitioned into creative production, marking a new phase in her journey with SAIYAARA, her first film in this role. As a Creative Executive Producer of SAIYAARA, she approached storytelling with a clear point of view. She is drawn to stories that feel emotionally honest, culturally relevant, and built to last. Her process balances instinct with experience, combining narratives with a strong understanding of people, performance, and the audience connection.

In her role as Vice President - Creative Division at YRF, she is closely involved in shaping the studio’s creative direction, working across creators, scripts, and development of theatrical films. Her focus remains on discovering creative voices, backing distinct ideas, and building a slate of stories that are both contemporary and enduring.
