Yash Raj Films felicitated at the V. Shantaram Awards 2009

The V. Shantaram Awards are considered a sign of the industry’s recognition for its best achievements and are similar in that to the Oscar awards. It is also unique in the fact that films from all over the country are eligible for the awards.

This year the V. Shantaram Awards were held on Monday, December 21, 2009 in Mumbai.

Yash Raj Films made its presence felt on this very special occasion. The awards announced included:

2. Best Story and Screenplay - Aditya Chopra and Sandeep Shrivastava

RAB NE BANA DI JODI (2009) 
1. Best Debut (Female) - Anushka Sharma
2. Best Choreography - Shiamak Davar
3. Best Sound - Anuj Mathur (YRF Studios)
